Life Here

Stuart is playing with a balloon and I'm so scared it has got to be close to popping.
He found the powdered sugar in the pantry today.  Took it with him to a corner in the laundry and when I found him, he was so happy with himself and his sugar rush.
We went to the Myerstown Parade last weekend.  It was so cold.  The kids got an insane amount of candy.
Yesterday Nate and I helped my Mom set up for the Harrisburg Christmas Show.  So it was a year ago that the girls got lost there while looking for Santa.
To all of the painters that used to help set up the show, I missed you!
15 day countdown until Mr and Mrs Mapson arrive from Grenada! They say that they are excited to feel cool weather. Meanwhile we long for the tropics.
Stuart is walking.
He's gets into more trouble. Why?
Before
Had fun decorating for Christmas this year.  Last year we didn't do much. Stuart was our decoration last year.

This chair is still making me smile... My latest customers surprised me with it as a gift.  So sweet.

This has nothing to do with anything.

Grouchy Boy, Happy Girl.

Almost time for lunch.

Way too cold at the Myerstown Holiday Parade.

Lovin

Lovin my little Stuart.  He's like a Koala Bear. A naughty one. When I was in Kindergarten I had the cutest Koala bear backpack.  I begged my Dad for a new one.  I think Mia is more appreciative than I was at her age.  Might have to eat those words tomorrow. Or today.

Boring Post About How Ill We Are

Unless Mia comes home ill, she is the only one running on 100% right now. This makes Mia seem out of control.  Nate agreed with me on this.  Last night we had to do a family project for her school, decorate a paper turkey.  In my head I pictured it turning out really cute with pipe cleaners and pom poms.  I thought I could really get arty and use some Halloween cup cake liners.  Mia seemed proud of her turkey as she left for school today, she said that her teacher will tell her it is "Fabulous".  But her Mom knows.  It was not.
Ellie started with the fever thing first and she is actually more dear than usual when she's sick.  She telling me stories right now.  She showed me a toy pistol at the cabin last weekend and said, "Mom, this is a boomer, if I push the button really hard with my finger, it will go Boom" She's a crazy one.  Her eyes are all watery and till evening they can barely stay open they are so swollen.
Stuart is hard to pick up when he's ill, he does not help and it feels like if I would not be gentle his arms might come right out of their sockets.
