Canning and Freezing with my Mom... we might not start till 3 in the afternoon.  To me, this is life.... it makes my friends laugh.  They tell me how their Mom's would be started by 7AM.  For some reason this works for us.  I must say having our husbands stop by on the way home from work to help clean up and eat supper with us,  sure is fun!
