Last weekend we had company from the Frozen Tundra. Ok, Canada. Always fun to hang out with old friends.

Applesauce

Canning and Freezing with my Mom... we might not start till 3 in the afternoon.  To me, this is life.... it makes my friends laugh.  They tell me how their Mom's would be started by 7AM.  For some reason this works for us.  I must say having our husbands stop by on the way home from work to help clean up and eat supper with us,  sure is fun!

That two year old on the left... she is so much fun. She's taken to counting things. Usually starts at five and counts to eleven. Rarely leaves the house without a stuffed animal. 
4 year old on the right... always drawing, coloring, making "cards" for her friends.
The two of them together? They play, they fight, they tear the house apart. They've got something... sisters. Makes me smile.
