Senior pictures. With customers all the way from Nevada. This was so much fun for me. They are twins... Kendra and Kendall. Their Dad is Nate's cousin. We don't see much of them, but it is always good times when we do. Kendall was so excited to be getting his pictures take on this trip! Not really... I'm sure he'd appreciate if I'd let you all know that the poses were my ideas. Especially the ones where he is scratching the back of his head.
Kendra, you my dear, look like your mother!
All Martin here. I think he kind of looks like Nate.
He is just about 2 1/2.
Calls a garage door an "Up and Down"
His nose is his "Beep Beep" The other day he said, "Ouch on the beep beep" when he bumped his nose.
If he is thirsty he says, "Me Cup" but more like, meeeeeee cuuuuuuuuP
He talks about his knees and loves to look at them if they are banged up.
Calls Nate "Ducky" and even started to say, "Quack quack" to him.
If he wants up he says, "Down"
If you push him too high on the swing he turns very green.
Mia makes him laugh like a crazy person.
Go here to download this Soda lighted file that I made. I even got to use my hot glue gun for the first time. It was amazing! I was having so much fun I forgot to wonder why Mia's van driver was so late. Uh... she was not late. I never heard her come. Whoops. We stuck these notes on Orange cream soda. And yes we are trying to butter up to her teacher for next year.
I got the idea from Tammy Mitchell. If you go to her blog, you can use her little note as well.
This post will inspire you to make your bed all nice. It is tough to stay off of it all day when it's looking so nice.
Read this post if you like to wonder about money and happiness and how it's tied together. It might not be full of answers but I found this very thought provoking.
So happy that it's strawberry season.
Nate is threatening to paint this tractor green. And I protest. Ha ha.
I had a great aunt that collected, dried, and saved boxes upon boxes of 4 leaf clovers.
Here are the guys that my Dad has working for him.
Can someone please explain to me why my soft pretzels look spotty? Should I let them in the baking soda longer? Is the baking soda not absorbed into the water enough? I really don't know.
The cutest little Sophia niece of mine.
On her way to the spring program at school. She stood like a statue and sang with a smile.
The branches that this robin built it's next upon... they got trimmed. Mia and I took a break from mulching and had a photo shoot. If only the mulching was done. I will try to enjoy it until the very end. I ordered more mulch than last year but it seems it is still not enough.
My name is Lydia Jo, Lydia is after my Grandma. But everyone calls me Jo.
My husband is Nate and we are best friends. Love him! Also the mother to five children whom you will see many pictures of here. Two family pets. Harley and Piper Fox Red English Labradors.
