Pumpkin Cupcakes with that Cream Cheese Stuff in the Middle

 

 
Pumpkin Cupcakes
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
2 egg, beaten
1 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (homemade [cooked] or canned)
2 cup sugar
 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cup flour
24 fluted paper muffin cups
 
 
Cream Filling 
16 ounces softened cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
2 egg
pinch of salt
2 cup chocolate chips
 
Bake at 350 for 25 min or until cake part nearest the center springs back.
